Social Care Worker - Intellectual Disability Services | Dublin Salary: €38,000 – €52,000 (DOE) Hours: 12-hour shifts | Full-time Contract: Fixed-term with potential for permanency Real Social Care Practice – Not Task-Based Work This role is designed for qualified Social Care Workers who want to work in a structured, rights-based environment. You will support individuals with intellectual disabilities, focusing on: Independence Inclusion Personal development This is relationship-based, professionally accountable work, aligned with best practice and regulatory standards.
