Our client is a facility services company with infrastructure projects across the US, currently deploying HFC network teams in Michigan and Indiana. We're looking for experienced HFC Splicing Technicians to perform fiber optic and coaxial splicing, network upgrades, and daytime cutovers on active networks. Responsibilities - Perform fiber optic and coaxial cable splicing within HFC networks - Execute network upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Perform node, cable, and equipment swaps (cutovers) - Read and interpret network diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings - Ensure signal integrity and compliance with safety standards Requirements - Proven hands-on experience with HFC (Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial) networks - Experience with both fiber optic and coaxial splicing - Familiarity with DOCSIS technology - Ability to read technical drawings and network layouts - Valid SSN and U.S. work authorization - Clean background (check required) Location: Michigan (MI) & Indiana (IN) Schedule: Full-time 8 hours/day
