Join our Marketing team as a Growth Outbound Marketing intern or apprentice. You will work closely with our Growth Outbound Manager to drive our outbound campaigns across 8 European countries. Your main responsibilities will include managing the Outbound Machine, collaborating with the Sales team, optimizing campaigns, and experimenting with growth strategies. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in growth marketing and make an impact on an international scale.

About the role

* Master’s degree student (M1 or M2) from a Business School, Digital Marketing program, or LEA 🎓 * A solid **digital marketing experience** (including internships/previous roles/academic projects) with a mature profile 💡 * Good understanding of digital marketing funnel, segmentation (ICP/personas), copywriting, and basic A/B testing notions. * Strong command of **Google Sheets / Excel** (essential for our automations!). First exposure or strong interest in CRM (HubSpot), prompting/AI (Claude), and growth tools (Lemlist, PhantomBuster, Clay, Bettercontact, FullEnrich) is a big plus. * **Creative, proactive, highly organized, and data-driven**. Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** with a great team spirit to collaborate with Sales. * Strong willingness to learn, high curiosity for growth trends, and resilience (in outbound, we test, we fail, we learn!). * **Native/Fluent French** and **Professional English** **are** **mandatory**.   • Surveiller, analyser et optimiser les campagnes outbound automatisées pour maximiser les taux d'ouverture et de réponse.
