We are looking for chefs for grill and pasta section!

The everyday tasks will include preparing the fresh dishes from the a la carte menu and following the HACCP-system requirements.

About the position:

2 x full-time position from beginning of June (160 hours per month)

Tasks:

  • preparing food from the menu

  • following HACCP-req. and dayily routines

  • production and MEP

  • cleanliness in the kitchen

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food according to recipies and instruction

  • Control of your section and food dockets

  • Preparing food in time with other chefs / collaboration

  • Following dayily routines

Qalifications:

  • Able to speak and be understood in English

  • Good ability to mulitask thru reading dockets, preparing food and communicate

Om arbeidsgiveren:

In 1973 we opened an Italian restaurant that became the first trattoria e pizzeria in Trondheim. The restaurant is family driven, and established by two Italian brothers from Molfetta. They deamed to give Trondheim the Italian spirit thru food, wine and service. Italian cuisine is therefor the heart of Frati - with multiple delights such as pasta, pizza, meat and fish dishes. At day time, our restaurant makes most pizza and pasta, while the evenings the focus is meat dishes. We also make our own pasta in the restaurant and have our own brewery, ØX Tap Room.
