Join Zenchef, a rapidly growing company in the hospitality tech industry. As a Customer Success Manager, you will lead customer engagement during a platform migration, ensuring a smooth experience and driving product adoption. You will work closely with various departments and oversee the Enablement function from our Amsterdam office.
Key missions
- Proactively engage eligible customers in the migration process, clearly explaining the value of the Zenchef platform and what to expect during the migration.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers during the migration journey, ensuring all necessary steps are completed in a timely manner and providing regular updates.
- Follow up after onboarding to ensure smooth adoption of core Zenchef features, identifying and suggesting upsell opportunities based on customer goals and usage.
