Join our team as a Staff Product Success Manager, where you will be the key link between regional Business Units and global Product & Engineering teams. Your primary mission will be to build trusted relationships with regional teams, ensuring alignment around the product vision, strategy, and execution. You will be the go-to expert on our product within the BU, driving enhanced customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Your success will be measured by the BU Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score.
About the role
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels - Demonstrated ability to professionalise and deepen relationships with business units and cross-functional teams by establishing trust, credibility, and clear communication - Strong track record of developing trusted advisor relationships with regional or business unit teams and driving alignment across complex organisations - Deep aptitude to learn and master complex products, translating technical product details into actionable insights for diverse audiences - Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills in a matrix environment - Proven experience in a product operations, product management, customer success, or related role within SaaS or technology industries - Proactive in identifying, driving forward, and owning improvement initiatives that enhance collaboration, product success, and operational efficiency - Highly organised with strong project management capabilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and cross-team initiativesKey missions
