Join our Corporate Development team as an Analyst, where you will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and integrating acquisition opportunities. You will research technology trends, engage with internal business leaders, develop M&A business proposals, assist in deal negotiations and due diligence efforts, and manage post-merger integration efforts. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with potential targets and industry VCs, assist in executing and managing corporate investments, and support M&A board and executive materials.
About the role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Excellent financing modeling skills - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related degree - 3+ years’ experience in corporate development, venture capital, private equity or investment banking with a technology focus (prior corporate development experience in enterprise tech is a plus) - Exceptional communication and presentation skillsKey missions
