About the role
- Proven ability to move from customer-specific solutions to scalable platform features; you can identify the pattern across one-off requests and build something repeatable - Clear communicator and low-ego collaborator — you build trust across functions and can have direct conversations with customers and internal stakeholders, including our CEO - Comfort in customer-facing environments — you can run a discovery call with a customer's finance team, understand both the technical and business requirements, and leave with a clear view of what to build and what to push back on - Experience in systems-heavy B2B SaaS (e.g., fintech, RevOps, billing, or data infrastructure), where data accuracy, edge cases, and workflow complexity matter - Strong technical fluency and a highly collaborative working style with engineering — comfortable operating in the weeds on APIs, integration architectures, edge cases, and implementation tradeoffs alongside engineers day-to-day - 5-10 years of product experience and at least 2 years of experience building or owning integrations, APIs, or platform products connecting to external systems like ERPs, CRMs, or financial tools - Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite - Experience working with external implementation partners, systems integrators (SIs), channel partners, or ecosystem/platform strategiesKey missions
- Own and scale the ERP integrations strategy at Tabs, including maturing existing integrations and defining how to efficiently scale ERP coverage.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to shape technical decisions, prioritize tradeoffs, and drive integrations from concept through launch.
- Engage directly with customers and partners to understand real-world workflows and define how Tabs can scale ERP coverage over time.
