Join Workday as a Product Manager for our Agent Platform. In this role, you will drive the next generation of our platform, collaborating closely with customers, partners, and internal product teams. You will be responsible for defining the platform primitives and experiences, building and shipping AI infrastructure, and managing customer validation programs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience, 3+ years of experience with SaaS/B2B, and a deep mastery of customer empathy.

About the role

- ​5+ years of product management experience - 3+ years of experience with SaaS/B2B - Technically proficient (even if not a coder) with AI and LLM-powered technology - Deep mastery of Customer Empathy, proactively identifying fundamental customer pain points and translating them into transformative product strategies and innovative user experiences - Ability to operate successfully across multiple functions, influence senior executives and peers alike, and mediate across various partners - Good communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal - Mastery in leading Cross-Team Collaboration, effectively working and influencing cross-functionally to define and deliver complex product strategies and initiatives - ​Passion and empathy for customers and a proven track record as a customer advocate - Proven ability to be a visionary Customer Advocate, deeply understanding and anticipating customer needs in product strategy and decisions, and driving a customer-obsessed culture throughout the organization - Exceptional Strategic Thinking skills, shaping the long-term vision and direction of a product portfolio or business unit - You excel at learning and understanding customer pain points quickly based on public information, internal information, and customer conversations, and can get up to speed on complex customer pain points in a fraction of the time a typical PM would - You have a bias for action and progress - ​You are passionately following the latest in AI products and emerging technologies and trying them out, exploring possibilities, and have experimented with many of the technologies on your own - You are organized and capable of tracking dozens of moving pieces and managing the many stakeholders that you work with at a company like Workday - You’ll be a great fit (and make sure to highlight these experiences to us) if:

  • Lead through influence and apply strategic understanding of the company's big picture, articulating a compelling vision for AI agents and their role in evolving our customers' workdays.
