We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer experience by managing customer accounts, handling inquiries, and supporting sales efforts with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service through timely and professional phone and email communication• Accurately enter and manage customer orders from entry through shipment• Assist customers with product availability, pricing, troubleshooting, and delivery inquiries• Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments• Handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and composure• Understand and apply key business concepts, including freight equalization, pricing models, and internal systems• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
Qualifications
Required
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Collaborative team player with proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel as required
Preferred
- Previous Customer Service or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience using Salesforce
