We are currently looking for an experienced baker to join our team as our bakery continues to grow. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality baking and wants to be part of a creative, fast-paced environment. About the Role You will play a key role in helping us meet increasing customer demand while also contributing to the development of new products. We take pride in what we do and always make time to experiment with new ideas, flavours, and techniques. What we are looking for - Proven experience in a professional bakery Strong experience with sourdough and natural fermentation Solid understanding of fermentation processes A genuine passion for high-quality food and baking Ability to work efficiently in a busy production environment Working Hours & Schedule Start time: 5:30 AM, finish: 3:30 PM 4-day work week (4 x 10-hour shifts) Consistent, predictable shift patterns Two long weekends off each month What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) 6 weeks annual leave per year Opportunity to grow with an expanding bakery Creative input in product development If you are passionate about baking and want to be part of a team that values both quality and creativity, we would love to hear from you.
