- Establish and maintain post-sales relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers, focusing on driving measurable business outcomes and long-term value realization.

- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new workflows and behaviors, including stakeholder alignment, enablement, and executive engagement.
