Join Warner Music Group as a Senior Finance Manager for the Recorded Music division. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the monthly P&L to OIBDA reporting process, manage a team, and drive improvements in royalty and credit balance processes. You will act as the primary SSC partner to the Recorded Music Finance teams and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

About the role

- Demonstrates integrity, discretion, and a continuous improvement mindset - Proven experience leading and developing accounting teams in a shared service or global finance environment - Confident with Excel and ERP/reporting systems (SAP, HFM preferred) - Strong technical accounting experience ideally in financial reporting, preferably with exposure to royalties, revenue recognition, or entertainment/media industries - This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical accounting expertise, business partnering skills, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced, global environment - Highly organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes - Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5+ years PQE - Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

Key missions

  • Own the monthly P&L to OIBDA reporting process for the Recorded Music pillar, ensuring timely and accurate submission of results.
  • Partner with Recorded Music Finance Leaders and Regional Accountants to ensure results are fully understood and effectively communicated.
  • Drive improvements in royalty and credit balance processes to strengthen compliance and efficiency, and act as the key contact for credit balance queries.
