Join our team as a Senior People Enablement Specialist, where you will be responsible for executing our company-wide enablement strategy, managing our Learning Management System (LMS), designing and delivering training programs, and developing resources to support employee growth. You will also support employee experience programming and logistics, with a focus on remote and virtual event coordination, office-related enablement support, and cross-functional employee experience initiatives. This role is part of the People Experience team and reports to the Sr Manager, People Experience.
About the role
- Background in instructional design or adult learning principles - Comfort using AI tools to enhance work output, including content creation, program design, research, and project workflows - Experience administering or working within a Learning Management System (LMS) — administrator-level experience preferred - Experience partnering cross-functionally and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels - Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated experience creating enablement materials, including e-learnings, live training, and supporting documentation - Familiarity with hybrid or distributed workforce environments - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Proficiency with the Articulate 360 product suite (e.g., Rise, Storyline) preferred - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to work across levels and functions - Proficiency with the full Google Suite, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, and Sheets - Experience using data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive design decisions - 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Enablement - Experience supporting or coordinating employee experience events, both virtual and in-person - Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., generative AI, AI-assisted authoring) to accelerate enablement content creation and program design - Prior experience in a high-growth technology companyKey missions
- Ownership of the execution of the company-wide enablement strategy, including administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and design and delivery of training programs.
- Collaboration with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to identify training needs and translate them into scalable learning solutions.
- Support for the planning and execution of company-wide employee experience events, including large-scale programs such as Company Kick Off, with increasing ownership over content components.
