Join Later as the Manager of Talent Partnerships, where you will lead the identification, engagement, and activation of top-tier creator talent across campaigns. You will build a best-in-class talent ecosystem, shape Later's point of view on talent, and manage day-to-day sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management. This role requires a strong network of creator, agent, and manager relationships, exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of social platforms and creator economics.
About the role
