Join DataThings — a Luxembourgish deep-tech company turning complex live data into actionable decisions through AI-powered digital twins. As the bridge between our engineering team and our clients, you'll shape the product and own the relationship that makes operational AI real, in production, every day.

What you'll do
Own the product roadmap for our digital twin solutions, translating client needs into clear, prioritized backlogs.
Lead client relationships end-to-end — from discovery and scoping to delivery, training, and follow-up.
Reach out to prospects and partners, and actively expand our reselling partners' network.
Work hand-in-hand with our engineering and ML teams to ship features that solve real operational problems.
Drive adoption across electrical power systems, energy, and smart-infrastructure domains.
Be the voice of the customer in product, and the voice of product to the customer.

Your profile
Strong expertise in electrical power systems — generation, transmission, distribution, or grid operations.
Solid skills in IT systems architecture — designing, integrating, and reasoning about complex software and data systems.
3+ years in a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Customer Success role in a tech, energy, or industrial environment.
Comfortable with data, AI, or analytics conversations applied to power-system challenges.
Excellent client-facing skills: discovery, scoping, presenting, negotiating.
Fluent English is mandatory; German is a strong asset.
Curious, structured, autonomous — and energized by complex industrial problems.
