In this role, you will oversee core content operations and editorial processes, manage the content calendar, and ensure high-quality, consistent messaging across various outputs. You will also play a key role in shaping content development using AI-enabled workflows and collaborate closely with content leads and strategists.
About the role
- Strong proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and the ability to use them to accelerate content creation, editing, repurposing, and workflows - Experience managing content calendars, editorial workflows, or content operations systems - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution - 5–8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or content operations roles in B2B SaaS or similar environments - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously - Comfort operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to loosely defined processes - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset - Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and quality - Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and drive alignment in a fast-moving environment - Experience working on research-driven content (e.g., reports, surveys, whitepapers) - Familiarity with content operations tools (Asana, CMS platforms) - Experience partnering with Integrated Marketing or Product Marketing teams - Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or highly technical products - Experience working in high-growth or fast-changing environmentsKey missions
