Care Support Worker Jobs Cork | Community Support Services | Flexible Part-Time Role Location: Cork Salary: €16.76 – €19.47 per hour DOE Hours: 20 Hours per week Contract: Temporary Flexible Support Work with Real Purpose 3Q Recruitment is recruiting Care Support Workers to support adults with physical, sensory and neurological disabilities across residential and community-based support services in West Cork. This role focuses on person-centred support, independence and helping individuals live confidently within structured and supportive environments. You will support service users in daily routines while promoting dignity, wellbeing, inclusion and community participation within a supportive team environment. What You’ll Do: Support daily living and personal care routines Encourage independence and community participation Build positive and respectful relationships Support individuals in line with personal support plans Promote dignity, inclusion and wellbeing Drive service users to appointments and activities Work within a supportive team environment What You’ll Need: QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or equivalent) OR QQI Level 6 Social Care / Nursing qualification Experience supporting people with disabilities Full Manual Driving Licence and willingness to drive for work Good communication and interpersonal skills Good standard of verbal and written English Eligibility to work in Ireland Positive and person-centred approach to care Candidates with experience but without qualifications may still be considered if willing to complete QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support within two years.
