Previous experience in a fish processing facility / shop
Strong and physically fit to handle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a team, learn and follow instructions
Knife handling skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
HACCP certification is a plus
Duties:
Preparing orders for delivery, including skinning fish, portioning, icing, lifting, packing.
Ensuring minimal wastage during portioning, skinning, deboning and other processes.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and sanitary factory environment.
