- Utilize CRM tools to contact and qualify accounts, generating new opportunities - Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for activity and performance - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system - Ensure regular communication with assigned accounts to maintain strong relationships and drive business - Participate in targeted sales activities such as call storms, industry-focused campaigns, and hotel-specific initiatives - Qualify and follow up on all opportunities related to meetings, events, and group accommodations - Adopt an upselling approach during client interactions to maximize revenue and add value to the client experience - Provide chain-wide discounts based on client needs and follow up to ensure usage of these offers - Offer alternative solutions when preferred hotels are unavailable - Assist with both business travel inquiries and individual requests when needed - Work on external lead lists and other platforms as required by the business.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Norwegian, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level) - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work - Proficiency in using office software programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint - Experience in sales, with a proven track record - Background in hospitality is an advantage, though not mandatory - Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial but not required.
