- Manage partners proactively, providing a timely response and resolution to incoming queries via telephone - Drive sales opportunities to meet sales quota and targets - Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary - Maintain an accurate pipeline of incoming deals and track their progress - Provide an accurate forecast to management on a regular basis - Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound - Liaise with commercial teams to optimize promotions and feedback customer needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level) - B2B sales experience is essential - Solid sales background is needed - Accounting management experience is needed - Previous experience working with channel is a plus - Strong communication skills (both oral and written) - Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and time/work prioritization - Good computer skills - Self-motivated with a desire to succeed - Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
