We are looking for a proactive Field Marketing Executive to expand Ecotown Diagnostics’ prefer candidate from Health Care/Hospital/Laboratory background. Lab to Lab businesses, B2B & B2C for all kinds of facility provided at the center. (Blood test, Imaging, Radiology, Neurology, pathology). We are also looking for candidates who are Sales Executive, Sales Associate, Business Development Executive and Business Development Associate., Medical Representative We are looking for Marketing Specialist (Field) from Health Care/Hospital/Laboratory background. Main role involves of generating leads for B2B & B2C for all kinds of facility provided at the center. (Blood test, Imaging, Radiology, Neurology, pathology). Key Responsibilities Doctor & Client Visits: Plan and conduct daily field visits to clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and corporate clients to promote diagnostic services Network Building: Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, medical practitioners, and healthcare partners Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and onboard doctors/clinics for sample collection tie-ups Branding & Promotion: Distribute marketing materials, conduct health camps, CMEs, and awareness programs in your territory Coordination: Liaise between doctors/clinics and our lab team for smooth sample pickup, reporting, and query resolution Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, pricing, and new services; share field feedback with management Reporting: Submit daily visit reports, update CRM/Excel logs, and achieve monthly visit & revenue targets Requirements Education: Graduate in any discipline. BBA/BBM/B.Sc/B.Pharma preferred Experience: 0-3 years in field sales/marketing. Freshers with good communication can apply Must-Have: Two-wheeler with valid DL, smartphone for reporting Skills: Strong interpersonal & convincing skills, self-motivated, target-oriented, basic MS Excel/WhatsApp reporting Language: Fluency in Kannada + English/Hindi preferred for Bangalore region
