Role Description
•This position is created to support the execution of the process (es) to achieve required objectives.
Core Responsibilities & Duties
•Process Execution: Exhibit significant in-depth knowledge on processes, techniques, methodologies, tools and equipment used with an enhanced focus on safety, quality and productivity. Implements industry standards, best practices within the domain. Collect and analyse data of key performance measures.
•People Support: Guides and trains team members and exhibit strong teamwork traits in all aspects. Oversee the quality and quantity of work. Contributes to enhancing quality of instructions.
•Risk and opportunity Management: Support actions to minimize risks. Ensure the company and customers' intellectual properties’ are protected.
•Management information system: Adhere to the processes as defined for the multiple management systems and suggest ideas for continuous improvements, focusing towards excellence.
•Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
•Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements enforcing adherence to requirements;
•Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
•Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
•Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments
•Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems
•Review of all inward work by team members.
•Review of Inventory cycle count.
•Co-ordination of material movement between units.
•Should be well versed in Quality systems and Audit requirement and be part of SCM Audits by Internal and external Auditors
•Should be able to guide and mentor Warehouse team
