Job Summary: A detail-oriented and proactive professional with proven expertise in managing the contracting process, performing data analytics, and generating MIS reports. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ERP systems preferably IQMS or similar manufacturing ERP platforms demonstrate strong analytical skills, and possess the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (CFT) to drive operational efficiency Key Responsibilities: •PO Management: oManage customer portals to ensure smooth and timely processing of purchase orders. oReview and validate POs, coordinating with customers to resolve discrepancies or obtain necessary clarifications. oAccurately upload and circulate POs within the ERP system, ensuring compliance with internal workflows. oAdminister PO amendments, ensuring prompt updates are reflected in both customer and internal systems. oContinuously track PO status and maintain up-to-date records of changes to support operational visibility and customer satisfaction. •Data Handling & Reporting: oDesign and maintain structured databases to manage RFQs, purchase orders, and sales-related activities efficiently. oGenerate and update RFQ and sales trackers daily to ensure real-time visibility and operational accuracy. oPerform thorough data reconciliation and advanced analysis to derive actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions. oPrepare and present MIS reports on sales performance across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual intervals to support leadership reviews and planning. •Cross-Functional Collaboration: oCollaborate proactively with cross-functional teams (CFT) to support contract reviews, resolve clarifications, track action items, and facilitate seamless PO transfers. oAssist in internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and relevant data to ensure compliance and transparency. •ERP Expertise: oEfficiently operate and manage tasks within ERP systems, with a preference for IQMS or similar platforms commonly used in manufacturing environments. Ensure accurate data handling, process execution, and system updates to support seamless business operations. •Communication: oMaintain clear, concise, and professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. oDraft and share reports, updates, and documentation with precision and clarity Qualifications & Skills: •None Engineering graduate with exposure in Supply Chain, or related field. •3 5 years of experience in PO management, data analysis, and ERP systems. •Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools (IQMS preferred). •Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. •Excellent oral and written communication abilities. •Experience in handling customer/vendor modules and audit preparation.
