Role Description •To attract and bring right talent into the organization & successful utilization of the people to obtain the organizational goals. Core Responsibilities & Duties •To collaboratively work with all departments to understand their operations & identify staff needs •To administrate the talent acquisition process & source the potential candidates to the right job • Recruitment Channel Management (Job Sites, Head-hunter’s, Referral Programs, Campus Recruitment Programs) •To administrate onboarding, joining formalities and background verification, Leave Management Compensation and Grade Fitment •To administrate attendance and payroll system using ZingHR. •To conduct and complete exit interviews and its formalities on time. •To manage and resolve complex employee relations issues & handle employee grievances. •To drive employee engagement activities and be part of various organizational committees to cultivate virtuous behavior in the organization. •To provide performance management guidance to line management regarding coaching, counseling, career development & disciplinary actions. • To shape and implement the process that will help to develop and retain high performing employees. •To coordinate invoice processing and payments for various parties involved in the organization. • Other support activities • Comply with all ISMS and EMS safety requirements. Follow systems and procedures outlined in the company manuals. Ensure Company policies & procedures are followed. • Employee Lifecycle management Attendance / Medical / Performance / Education / Counselling
