Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
Engage with key opinion leaders and ensure long-term association
Act as a reliable source of product and medical information
Effectively promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
Communicate product features, benefits, and clinical advantages
Conduct doctor calls and ensure brand recall
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
Develop and execute territory-specific strategies
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned area
4. Territory Management
Plan and execute daily field visits
Maintain a structured doctor call list and coverage plan
Track sales activities and maintain accurate reporting
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Gather feedback from doctors and share actionable insights
Identify growth opportunities within the territory
Participate in CMEs, conferences, and product training programs
Stay updated with product knowledge and therapeutic segments
Ensure all promotional activities follow company policies and industry regulations
Maintain records of doctor visits, sample distribution, and expenses
Submit timely reports and sales, Gynecology, Surgery, and General Physician segments.
