Position: Business Development Executive Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 6:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday) Experience: 0.6 to 2 years Salary & Incentives: Best in Industry + Performance-Based Incentives Work Culture: Supportive, Growth-Oriented, and Collaborative About the Role: We are looking for motivated and dynamic Business Development Executives to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively generate, identify and qualify new sales leads and potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking. Client Engagement: Present our products and services effectively to prospective and existing clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals while ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve company objectives. Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management to track progress and identify opportunities. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify areas for growth and improvement. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Customer Feedback: Gather and relay client feedback to relevant departments to help improve products and services. Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices through training and self-development. Candidate Requirements: Experience: o Minimum 6 months of experience in international sales (Inside Sales preferred), or o 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment with a strong sales orientation. Skills: o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. o Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. o Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection gracefully. o Customer-focused mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. o Good computer skills including MS Office and CRM software experience is a plus. Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working in the designated evening to early morning shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
