The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating internally with developers, SEO teams, content writers, designers, and SMEs to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Position: Client Delivery Manager Website Development Experience: 4+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end delivery of website projects for multiple clients simultaneously. • Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and internal execution teams. • Understand website development workflows and coordinate effectively with: o Developers o SEO teams o Content writers o Designers o SMEs • Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, and project discussions. • Translate client requirements into clear execution plans for internal teams. • Ensure projects are delivered within committed timelines and quality standards. • Track project progress, monitor timelines, and coordinate task execution across teams. • Handle client feedback, approvals, revisions, and escalation management professionally. • Coordinate with SMEs for technical guidance and quality assurance. • Maintain proper project documentation including: o Scope of work o Timelines o Deliverables o Meeting notes o Client approvals o Feedback tracking • Ensure smooth website launch and deployment coordination. • Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients and management. • Identify project risks or delays proactively and take corrective actions. • Build strong long-term client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
