Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute organic social media strategies for multiple B2B clients.
• Drive organic lead generation through content marketing, engagement strategies, and social funnel optimization.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms including:

o Meta Ads
o X (Twitter) Ads
o YouTube Ads
o Instagram Ads
• Create platform-specific growth strategies aligned with client business goals and target audiences.
• Manage end-to-end social media operations including:
o Content planning
o Campaign execution
o Community management
o Performance tracking
o Reporting
• Collaborate with content, design, video teams to create high-performing campaigns.
• Build and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns focused on:
o Lead forms
o Website conversions
o Webinar registrations
o Appointment bookings
o Brand positioning
• Monitor campaign performance and improve KPIs such as:
o Cost per lead (CPL)
o Engagement
o Reach
o Conversion rate
o ROAS
• Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously with strong project management and communication.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, social trends, and paid advertising updates.
• Analyze audience behavior and competitor activity to improve campaign performance.
• Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations.
