Role Definition As a Founders’ Office Intern, you will work closely with the founder(s) as a hands-on generalist supporting execution across the business. Your work will span finance and bookkeeping, market and competitor research, outreach and appointment setting, preparation of decks and reports, and coordination of follow-up actions to ensure execution. GenAI is core to how we work. From day one, you are expected to actively use AI tools to improve speed and quality across research, analysis, outreach, content drafting, and productivity, while learning how founders apply AI in real business workflows. Use of GenAI with Requirements (Eligibility) Candidates must meet all of the following Demonstrated experience juggling multiple projects through internships, startups, live projects, or meaningful academic work Basic accounting and banking knowledge (invoices, expenses, cash flows at a working level) Comfort with ambiguity, fast pace, and independent execution Willingness and ability to actively use AI tools in daily work Mandatory Application Submissions Statement of Purpose (max 250 words) explaining motivation and fit Short video (max 30 seconds) explaining why you deserve this opportunity Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. High-scoring candidates may be invited to a task-based round or interview. Strong performers during the internship may be considered for a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
