Key Responsibilities • Plan, coordinate, and oversee production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets • Lead, supervise, and motivate production teams to achieve performance, productivity, and safety goals • Monitor production schedules, identify issues, and implement corrective actions • Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient use of resources • Coordinate staff rostering and workforce allocation to meet operational demands • Ensure plant and equipment are maintained and operating efficiently • Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders • Prepare reports and conduct regular briefings with senior management • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and WHS regulations • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes Selection Criteria • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Proven experience in a production or manufacturing management role for at least 2 years • Strong leadership and team management skills • Experience managing production schedules, workflows, and performance targets • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment How to apply: Applications open on 5 May 2026 and close on 4 June 2026.
