What You’ll Be Doing As a Mortgage Agent, you'll play a key role in helping individuals and families secure the financing they need to purchase or refinance a home. This is a client-first role where your communication skills, attention to detail, and drive to succeed will shine. You’ll learn how to: Consult with clients to understand their financial goals and explain mortgage options in simple, clear terms Review client profiles (income, credit, and debts) to determine mortgage eligibility Match clients with the best mortgage products from dozens of lenders no one-size-fits-all here Guide clients step by step through the mortgage process from pre-approval to closing Work closely with lenders, real estate agents, and lawyers to coordinate smooth, successful closings Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and simple tracking systems Stay informed on market trends and lending rules (we’ll teach you how) Deliver excellent customer service that builds trust and referrals No Experience?
