Crimson Key Concierge is seeking a highly organized, reliable, and confident individual to join our team as a VIP Client Services & Operations Administrator. This role combines client communication, booking coordination, and daily operational oversight. You will manage incoming interactions while ensuring all behind-the-scenes processes run efficiently and professionally. This is a key position within the company, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays structured, and takes ownership of their work. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and web-based client communications Coordinate bookings and maintain accurate scheduling Monitor calls, chats, and bookings for quality and accuracy Manage CRM updates, logs, and basic reporting Verify profiles, uploads, and internal content for accuracy Assist with posting and maintaining content across social media platforms Support team members and maintain organized workflow Assist in overseeing daily office operations during assigned shifts Ensure tasks are completed properly and nothing is overlooked Qualifications (Required) Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and professional) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Reliable, punctual, and self-sufficient Comfortable maintaining structure and accountability Proficiency with Apple/Mac systems (required) Experience posting and managing content on social media platforms Basic technical skills (typing, CRM systems, Google Docs/Spreadsheets) Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Schedule Multiple shifts available (day and evening) Day shift includes additional operational responsibilities Flexibility and consistency are required Compensation Competitive hourly pay + performance-based incentives Increased earning potential for operational responsibilities Opportunities for advancement and long-term growth Work Environment Fast-paced, structured, team-oriented office High-energy role requiring focus and consistency Not a passive position active engagement is expected throughout each shift Benefits: On-the-job training Application Question(s): What experience do you have using Apple/Mac computers?
