SRK Systems, Inc. is an IT firm engaged in the business of providing data processing consulting services to major corporations, government agencies and other business concerns throughout the United States. Job Responsibilities: • • Analyze business requirements across modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, Intercompany, and Taxes,and translate them into clear functional design documents (FDDs) for system enhancements. • Manage and prioritize support tickets (P1 P4) in line with business impact and service level agreements. • Investigate and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and coordination with technical teams. • Create and monitor service requests with Oracle Support to ensure timely follow-up and resolution. • Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud setups, including the chart of accounts, approval workflows, subledger accounting rules, and tax configurations. • Conduct impact assessments for system changes, patches, and bug fixes to minimize disruption. • Lead quarterly patch testing cycles, including regression testing and documentation across financial modules. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end business processes during releases and updates. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, tracking defects, and securing business approvals. • Participate in solution design discussions to ensure alignment with best practices and functional requirements. • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and automate financial operations. • Serve as a liaison between finance users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management. • Deliver training and functional guidance to end users on system capabilities and updates. • Provide critical support during month-end and year-end close cycles to ensure system readiness and issue resolution. Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
