Redify Water Solutions is seeking 2 3 outgoing, reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent our company at live weekend events (home shows, street fairs and community events) throughout North Orange County. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for individuals looking for weekend work with strong earning potential and the opportunity to grow into a sales role over time. In this role, you’ll engage with homeowners, create interest in our water filtration solutions, and book appointments for in-home consultations. Schedule: Primarily Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays Typical shifts: 4 8 hours Events are scheduled 1 2 months in advance (predictable schedule) Compensation: $20/hour PLUS $50 $200 commission for each booked appointment that results in a completed sale This role is focused on lead generation and appointment setting only no direct sales or closing required Top performers can significantly increase their earnings through consistent appointment bookings What You’ll Do: Represent Redify Water Solutions at live events (home shows, street fairs, community events, etc.) Engage with the public in a friendly, professional manner Initiate and maintain natural conversations with new people Generate interest in water filtration solutions Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations (no selling or closing required) Maintain a high-energy, approachable, and professional presence Example Event Types: Community festivals and farmers markets Home & garden shows, wellness events, and seasonal markets Qualifications: Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to scheduled weekend shifts Comfortable standing for 4 8 hours during events Reliable transportation to event locations in North Orange County Outgoing and comfortable initiating and maintaining conversations with strangers Strong communication skills and positive attitude Self-motivated and able to stay engaged in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow direction and represent the brand professionally Preferred (not required): Experience in customer service, retail, events, or sales Previous brand ambassador or lead generation experience Growth Opportunity: Top-performing Brand Ambassadors may be invited to transition into a flexible Sales Representative role, conducting in-home consultations with significantly higher earning potential through commissions.
