#Hiring: International Engagements Action Officer Cyber Location: Annapolis Junction, MD 20701 ️ Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Salary: based on experience Schedule: Full-time On-site About the Role Central Texas Recruiting is seeking an International Engagements Action Officer Cyber to support defense-focused international partnerships and security cooperation initiatives. This role plays a key part in planning, coordinating, and executing high-level international engagements related to cyberspace security, strategy, and operations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting senior military leadership, interagency partners, and foreign allies in classified environments. Key Responsibilities Serve as Action Officer for assigned regions of responsibility related to cyberspace security Maintain awareness of cyber strategy, policy, doctrine, plans, and capabilities Report significant developments to Command leadership and DoD/interagency partners Draft decision memos, briefing papers, and senior-level materials Conduct and support senior leader briefings Plan and coordinate international meetings, conferences, and engagements Compile and manage approval packages for international agreements Support and assess Security Cooperation activities Collaborate with internal directorates and external stakeholders to develop partnerships Research and recommend policy changes supporting cyber international engagement Provide training, outreach, and program support to synchronize cyber cooperation efforts Qualifications & Requirements Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Bachelor’s degree required 10+ years building and sustaining international or domestic partnerships Experience with Defense Security Cooperation concepts and execution Experience supporting DoD operations, strategy, policy, or planning Experience working with Joint Staff, military services, or senior civilian leaders Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with U.S. Embassies, Combatant Commands, or foreign partners Experience working at a major headquarters staff level Familiarity with DoD cyber strategy, QDR, NDP, and GFM Master’s degree preferred
