Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and reliable TREC Licensed Home Inspector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough residential inspections in accordance with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Standards of Practice. You will serve as a trusted advisor to homebuyers, providing them with the critical information they need to make informed investment decisions

Responsibilities
Conduct Inspections: Perform comprehensive physical inspections of residential properties, including structural systems, electrical, foundation, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and roofing.
Report Writing: Generate clear, detailed, and objective inspection reports (typically using software like Spectora) including high-quality photos and descriptions of deficiencies.
Client Communication: Explain complex technical findings to clients and real estate agents in a professional, easy-to-understand manner on-site.
Standards of Practice: Ensure all inspections strictly adhere to TREC rules and state regulations.
Specialty Services: (Optional/Preferred) Perform ancillary services such as WDI (Termite), Pool/Spa, Sewer Scopes, or Mold assessments if licensed.
Skills
Licensure: MUST hold an active Professional Home Inspector License issued by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Indicate if Licensed by another organization.
Experience in performing home inspections is a plus
Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills (Bilingual in Spanish is a plus).
Must have the capability to travel to Houston and the surrounding areas
