OVERVIEW The position of Contents Technician is to perform contents pack out, contents cleaning, pack back of contents and structural cleaning. This is an AT WILL position. SUPERVISION Receives general direction from the Contents Supervisor, and/or Project Manager. EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS · Schedule, clean, pack and document all projects. · Pack, move, clean and inventory physically damaged personal property from water or fire incidents. · Decontaminate a wide variety of items and areas on a project. · Working with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and insurance agents. · Prevent and protect SDKI against liability and loss relating to Care Control and Custody of a customer’s personal property. · Detailed cleaning and some structure demolition. · Promote a safe work environment, using safety precautions and procedures for all functions of the position and the project. · Communicate a positive image of the company to co-workers and customers. · Apply all safety rules and regulations and prevent work hazards. · Other duties as assigned.
