Position Overview: We're seeking a reliable, skilled maintenance technician to join our team of 3 maintenance professionals. This role involves general upkeep of our extensive grounds, buildings, and facilities. Key Responsibilities: • General handyman repairs and maintenance • Interior and exterior painting projects • Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting • Grounds maintenance and landscaping • Equipment maintenance and repair • Snow removal (seasonal) • Emergency repairs as needed • Assist with event setup/breakdown Qualifications: • 2+ years maintenance/handyman experience • Own basic hand tools • Valid driver's license • Ability to work independently • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs • Comfortable working outdoors in mountain conditions We Offer: • Competitive hourly wage • Health benefits consideration • Beautiful mountain work environment • Stable, year-round position
