In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by identifying defects, executing test cases, and collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute test plans and test cases for new features • Perform regression testing on software prior to release • Identify, document, and track defects with clarity and precision • Work closely with developers to resolve bugs and improve quality • Maintain documentation of QA processes and procedures • Validate functionality against business logic and system requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience as a QA Tester or Software Tester Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira) Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript) Experience with API testing tools such as Postman What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Flexible work environment Opportunities for career growth and professional development Collaborative and supportive team culture
