A Lifestyle Concierge is responsible for assisting clients with personal, luxury, and day-to-day needs to make their lives easier, more organized, and more enjoyable. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, personalized services tailored to each client’s preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle personal requests such as bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements
* Source and purchase items (gifts, fashion, luxury goods, etc.)
* Plan events, outings, and special occasions
* Run errands and manage daily tasks for clients
* Provide recommendations for restaurants, entertainment, and services
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
* Respond quickly and efficiently to client requests
Requirements:
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
* Good knowledge of lifestyle trends, luxury services, and local hotspots
* Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable
* Flexible schedule (may include evenings/weekends)
* Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or personal assistance is a plus
