Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Dance Presenter to educate and engage audiences including children & teen/adults. The ideal candidate will have experience in engaging presentation and strong leadership skills in especially children's education.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences of different age groups
Engage children & youth in meaningful international dance learning experiences
Utilize effective communication techniques to convey information clearly
Train in our choreography with excellent retention & quick delivery.
Requirements
Experience teaching children and adults preferred
Experience in presenting and public speaking
Must be highly organized and efficient in materials & time management.
Must have strong classroom leadership skills & experience
Strong grasp and strong knowledge of dance technique, and able to quickly grasp and retain dance pieces.
Some Understanding of children's & teen behavior management techniques
Must be able to manage a class with supervisor's support
Must have empathy with children
Ability to confidently deliver engaging and informative presentations
Must be over 18 **If under the age of 18, but with suitable qualifications, the parent/caregiver may correspond
Must have a reliable vehicle to commute.
Must be timely, reliable, and punctual.
Must attend In-Person training as required /agreed
Must align very well with our established structure, methodology, mission.

Ability to commute/relocate: YES Must be able to reliably commute to location
Must be good with use of a computer and online learning platforms like Zoom/ Google Meets
Experience:
Dance: 2 years (Required)
Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Will need to pass a background check
Work Location: In person- Wake County-wide
Flexible Schedule
Day shift- 1 morning-afternoon a week
Weekends as and only if needed
