We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can turn complex ideas into intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centered solutions that are both functional and aesthetically sharp. Key Responsibilities Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback Translate business requirements into intuitive user flows Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation Maintain and evolve design systems and UI consistency Analyze user behavior and iterate designs based on insights Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or related role Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving approach Experience designing for web and/or mobile platforms Solid understanding of user-centered design principles Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design Experience with design systems and component libraries Technical Skills Wireframing & Prototyping (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.) User Research & Usability Testing Interaction Design & Information Architecture Visual Design (Typography, Color Theory, Layout) Design Systems & Component Libraries Responsive & Mobile-First Design Soft Skills Strong communication & presentation skills Problem-solving mindset Attention to detail Collaboration & teamwork Time management
