Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians for long-term, large-scale construction projects across the U.S. This role involves working on complex commercial and industrial builds, including mission-critical facilities such as data centers. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working extended hours on active job sites. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with applicable codes and project specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Run conduit (EMT, rigid, PVC), pull wire, and terminate panels, switchgear, and devices Perform layout and installation of electrical systems for new construction projects Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure proper system functionality Follow all site safety requirements and OSHA guidelines Work collaboratively with other trades and project teams to meet deadlines Requirements: Active Journeyman Electrical License (state-specific or reciprocal, depending on project) OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 is a plus) Minimum 3 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience Ability to work 60+ hours per week, including overtime as needed Willingness to travel and stay for the duration of the project Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (if required) Must be able to provide verification of work history (W2s or pay stubs may be requested for certain roles)
