CIR LOUNGE in Fountain Valley is seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving beverages and food. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure guests have memorable experiences in a lively, fast-paced environment. Spirit Knowledge required Experience making craft cocktails to spec recipes required Excellent well speed and ticket organization required 2-4 shifts per week depending on candidate Benefits: Hourly plus Tips Family Meal PTO Flexible schedule Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate drink and food orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to safety standards Serve food promptly while maintaining presentation quality and ensuring guest satisfaction Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments efficiently with POS systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as needed to support team efforts Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously without sacrificing quality Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is required; fine dining or banquet experience is highly desirable Proven ability to work in a high-energy environment such as a nightclub or busy restaurant setting Knowledge of spirits and wine desireable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting Join us if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding service in a dynamic environment!
