Position: South Ingot Production Area Coordinator Role: Fulltime Location: Alcoa, TN Pay: $90,000 $110,000 (Relocation Assistance Available) Summary: Our client is seeking a highly motivated South Ingot Production Area Coordinator to join their Rolled Products division in Alcoa, Tennessee. This leadership role is responsible for driving safe work practices, operational efficiency, production execution, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Ingot Production area. The ideal candidate will have strong heavy manufacturing experience, preferably within metals or molten metal operations, along with proven leadership experience in high-performance production environments.
