The Independent Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with agencies, departments, healthcare organizations, schools, municipalities, corporate clients, and security-focused organizations. Representatives will introduce and support solutions including: Emergency medical and trauma training programs CPR/AED and workplace readiness programs Active threat and emergency response training Medical and safety equipment solutions Consulting and preparedness services Security and operational support services This role is ideal for former military, law enforcement, fire service, EMS, healthcare, or experienced B2B sales professionals with strong local and regional networks. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories Build relationships with decision-makers in public safety, healthcare, education, municipal, and corporate environments Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and training consultations Coordinate with internal leadership on proposals, pricing, and client solutions Maintain consistent communication with prospects and existing accounts Support regional events, trade shows, conferences, and networking opportunities Track pipeline activity and client engagement through company CRM systems Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives and market expansion Preferred Background Sales, business development, or account management experience Public safety, military, EMS, fire, law enforcement, healthcare, or security industry experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable with outreach, networking, and field-based relationship development Existing regional contacts are a major plus Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor position Uncapped commission structure Performance-based growth opportunities Ability to build recurring and long-term client relationships Flexible schedule and territory management What We’re Building This is not a traditional clock in and clock out sales role.
