Eleana Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support client discovery, marketing strategy development, SEO initiatives, and digital marketing execution for small business clients. This role began as a lightweight consultation position, but due to company growth and active marketing clients, we are now looking for someone with broader real-world marketing experience who can contribute strategically and assist in execution. This is a flexible contractor role with growth potential as our client base expands. Role Overview You will represent Eleana during client consultations and help identify opportunities that align with our services and long-term client goals. You will: Conduct scheduled discovery and strategy consultation calls Identify client pain points and growth opportunities Develop strategic recommendations aligned with client goals Assist with SEO strategy and implementation Support social media marketing efforts Help develop marketing strategies and campaign direction Collaborate internally on service recommendations and project direction Assist with execution of approved marketing initiatives Responsibilities Attend scheduled Zoom or Google Meet consultations with prospective or existing clients Follow Eleana’s consultation and discovery framework Ask structured discovery questions to better understand business needs Identify opportunities related to: SEO Social media marketing Branding Website improvements Print marketing Digital advertising Customer engagement Prepare concise Strategic Recommendation Reports including: Client goals Current challenges Gaps identified Recommended services Suggested priorities Assist with: SEO optimization Keyword research Basic on-page SEO improvements Social media planning and content coordination Marketing campaign recommendations Marketing roadmap development Coordinate with leadership before final recommendations are provided to clients Execute assigned marketing tasks and campaigns Ideal Candidate 2+ years of marketing experience (agency experience preferred) Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices Experience with social media marketing and content planning Understanding of marketing strategy and customer positioning Strong communication skills, professional and confident Comfortable leading client discovery conversations Able to identify business growth opportunities Comfortable working with small business clients Excellent written English and organizational skills Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently Bonus Qualifications Experience with CRM systems Experience with WordPress or website platforms Familiarity with Google Analytics or Search Console Experience creating marketing roadmaps or campaign plans Graphic design or branding familiarity Experience managing or contributing to multiple client accounts Structure and Compensation Part-time / Independent Contractor Remote Flexible scheduling Paid hourly Consultation calls scheduled as needed Initial workload may vary based on active client projects As our client base continues to grow, additional hours and responsibilities may become available.
