Responsibilities
Assist clients with researching and coordinating travel arrangements
Help plan vacations, cruises, resorts, tours, and other travel experiences
Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online platforms
Maintain accurate booking and client records
Provide timely customer support and follow-up assistance
Stay informed about travel destinations, industry updates, and supplier information
Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills required, including email, internet navigation, and online systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Professional and customer-service-oriented mindset
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
