Proven track record of aligning enterprise technology strategy with institutional goals through modernization of ERP, CRM, SIS, and LMS ecosystems, cloud transformation, cybersecurity enhancement, data governance, and AI-driven innovation. Recognized for building high-performing technology organizations, leading complex enterprise initiatives, and partnering with executive leadership to improve student engagement, academic outcomes, operational efficiency, and the overall digital experience for faculty, staff, and students. Job Description Northbridge University is seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and IT operations across the institution. The CIO will play a critical leadership role in aligning technology with academic excellence, operational efficiency, cybersecurity, and enhanced student experiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong executive leadership experience managing enterprise systems, cloud technologies, cybersecurity frameworks, data governance, and large-scale IT teams within complex organizations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation roadmap • Lead infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud operations, enterprise applications, and IT governance • Oversee ERP, CRM, SIS, LMS, and academic technology platforms • Ensure compliance, data security, disaster recovery, and regulatory standards • Manage enterprise IT budgets, vendor partnerships, and technology investments • Build and lead high-performing distributed IT teams • Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with academic and business objectives • Drive innovation through AI, analytics, automation, and cloud modernization • Ensure seamless digital learning and collaboration environments for students and faculty Required Qualifications: • 20+ years of IT leadership experience • Proven experience as CIO, VP of IT, or senior technology executive • Strong background managing enterprise technology strategy and large-scale IT operations • Hands-on experience with: o ERP / CRM / SIS / LMS platforms o AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud o Cybersecurity and governance frameworks o Data analytics and enterprise reporting • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Spanish language proficiency is a plus Preferred Qualifications: • Higher Education or Academic Institution experience • Experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs • Familiarity with EdTech and online learning ecosystems • Master’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration
